The institute offers a variety of courses in English language, both online and in-person.
The institute provides preparatory courses for the TOEFL and IELTS exams.

Each course has a duration of one month, four weeks, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

1 week break is scheduled between each course.

The course requires a total of 57 study hours.

The English language diploma program includes 7 levels, with each level spanning two courses/months. There are also 4 skills courses, each lasting for one month, which aim to enhance and cultivate proficiency in the four essential language skills. Every level consists of two courses in total.

The curriculum encompasses conversational and written grammar, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both aspects. Furthermore, each course entails two written examinations: a midterm exam and a final exam.

In addition to the core curriculum, students are also provided with the opportunity to engage in reading exercises where they explore and discuss various stories throughout the duration of the course.

Number of Days: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)

Number of Hours: 3 hours a day

Total Course Hours: 36 hours

Study Times: Evening 7pm - 9:45pm

Each course offered by the institute includes the following:

 Grammar + Speaking + Writing

The student is expected to complete all assignments and activities during the lesson, without any tasks or assignments assigned to be completed outside the lesson.

 Midterm exam + Final exam

Initially, you will need to take a placement test to assess your English language proficiency.

The placement test consists of two parts:

  1. Writing Section: The link to the written test will be sent to you by the Student Affairs department
  2. Speaking Section: It will be conducted through the Zoom app (audio and video) in coordination with the Student Affairs department.

Your level will be determined based on the results of the placement test.

You can pay the fees using a credit card, bank transfer to the institute's account, or bank transfers in some countries.
Students choose a suitable study time from the available options.

Here's how to access our e-learning platform:
  1. Click on the following link: https://elearning.engcastle.com/login/index.php
  2. Enter the username and password that you received from the institute's email or WhatsApp.
  3. After logging into your account on the portal (e-learning platform), you will find "MY COURSES," and your specific lesson will be listed directly below it.
  4. The course information will be clearly displayed, showing the level name, schedule, and teacher's name.
  5. Click on the lesson to be redirected to another page.

The Zoom link will be provided daily and will only be activated during class time. The Zoom link will also include the date of the day.

Click on the Zoom link and then click on "JOIN MEETING." Wait for your request to be accepted by the teacher.

The passing percentage for the course is 70%, and the attendance rate should be 80% or above. If your attendance rate falls below 80%, you will fail and repeat the same course.

A student can request a schedule change for the next course during the designated schedule change period, which is the fourth week of the current course.
No, a student cannot request to freeze their studies or change the schedule after the course has started.
